Carpet Steam Cleaning
Our professional steam cleaning uses hot water extraction to remove deep dirt, allergens, and bacteria from carpets. This method effectively eliminates stubborn stains and odours while preserving carpet fibres. The process includes pre-inspection, pre-vacuuming, application of eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and thorough deodorising for lasting freshness.
End of Lease Cleaning
Specialised end-of-lease cleaning ensures carpets meet rental inspection standards. We focus on stain removal, odour elimination, and deep cleaning to maximise bond returns. Our service includes detailed attention to high-traffic areas, spot treatments, and documentation of completed work to satisfy property managers' requirements across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
Upholstery Cleaning
Professional upholstery cleaning restores furniture's appearance using steam technology and gentle detergents. We treat various fabric types including delicate materials, removing food stains, pet odours, and everyday grime. The process includes fabric inspection, spot testing, and protective treatments to maintain fabric integrity and extend furniture lifespan.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Tailored commercial cleaning services maintain professional environments in offices and retail spaces. Our team uses industrial-grade equipment for rapid cleaning with minimal disruption. Services include pre-scheduling consultations, after-hours cleaning options, and compliance with commercial hygiene standards to create welcoming spaces for staff and customers.
Rug Cleaning
Deep rug cleaning combines steam technology with manual brushing to remove embedded dirt and allergens. We handle various rug types including wool and synthetic fibres, using pH-balanced solutions to preserve colours and textures. The process includes edge-to-edge cleaning and thorough drying to maintain rug appearance and longevity.

Job done on December 9, waited until agency checked the apartment before leaving a review. If you are looking for a very good, professional service you should definitely book here. Its also cheaper than any others, I thought it was too good to be true.

WOW! Superb customer service and a fantastic job from Jas. He was all set up and ready to commence work within 20minutes of receiving my email. That's right, 20minutes - not two weeks! I highly recommend considering this company and will definately use OZ Carpet Cleaning again, Jas also arranged for a quotation on Duct cleaning. Thank you!

I had Saheet come and clean the floor to ceiling windows and steam clean the carpet at my new apartment and Jasper steam cleaned the carpet in the rental I was vacating. Both guys did an excellent job, were very friendly and pleasant, responsive and on time. Saheet happily moved the clean to the next morning when my settlement didn't go through until late in the afternoon. I would recommend them, and use them again in the future. Thanks again.
