At Mike Murphy Furniture Removals we know how important it is to you that your valuable possessions are packed and transported securely and safely. We also understand that you may never have moved before or had to consider how to best package awkward or precious possessions for transit. This is where our customer service and superior experience differentiate us from our competitors.

Simply list the items you intend to move and a total of cubic meters will be calculated and sent to us from your input. We can then estimate the duration of the move and know what size of vehicle to allocate for your removal. Please Note: The quote that is provided is based on information provided by you in the inventory list.

A. Move estimates/quotes are free and the customer is under no obligation - you need to confirm either orally or by email that you accept the terms and are you booking in. If you are rescheduling a booking there is NO cancellation fee incurred to you. However there is a 24 hour cancellation fee for bookings - this fee is equivalent to one hour of the quote you were given i.e. $130 per hr plus GST of $13.00 total = $143.00.

A. * Make a list of items you'll need available for the moving day, so that you don't pack something essential. Pack a separate box of essentials you may need for the first night at your new house. Include items like toiletries, toilet paper, torch and or candles, bottled water, snacks and a change of clothes in case you cannot unpack everything in time.
