We have experience working on all classes of building, are accredited by the NSW Building Professionals Board and a proud member of the Association of Accredited Certifiers (AAC). Jaryd holds an Honours Degree in Construction Management and has spent over a decade in the Public & Private Sectors including a stint on the NSW Heritage Council's Technical Committee as a Fire Safety Expert.

Get a quote from our team, and once received you can lodge your application online via the NSW Planning Portal. To assist with lodging applications on the portal, you can download our Guide to Lodging a Building Application below. Once you have lodged your application on the portal we will be notified immediately and begin assessment of your application.
Book Inspection

Bookings can only be made online for existing projects where we have issued the Building Approval or we're appointed as the Principal Certifier. Inspection bookings can only be made online for existing projects where Central Coast Certifiers has issued the Building Approval or is appointed as the Principal Certifier.

Note: Every construction project is different and therefore we do not have set fees and charges, rather quote based on a review of the work involved. Architectural/Construction plans will be required in order to provide you with an accurate quotation for our services (draft/sketch plans may suffice dependant on the level of detail provided).
