Boasting a large outdoor undercover deck that is dog friendly it is the perfect all weather location for your daily dose of goodness. Inside there are large booths, a kids area and a range of sustainable and healthy retail goodies.

Positioned right by Mona Vale Beach it is the perfect spot to refuel after a day in the sun. With plenty of seating outside you can grab your friends for a nourishing brunch with great coffee or organic wine with the smell of the sea in the air. We have 5 worm farms and a veggie patch here that helps reduce our environmental impact.
