I had Austral Solar install my pool heating around a year ago and the experience was fantastic. The quote was quick and decently priced, the install was quick and hassle free, and the product performed very well. When I needed a service call for a thermostat issue, Austral came and resolved it quickly. Overall I am a very happy customer and would recommend Austral Solar.

The team at AustralSolar have been a pleasure to deal with. After purchasing our new home and requiring a new solar panel, the service was prompt not only to supply but also install. We have since required a salt chlorinater which once again the service and price have been fantastic.

Rang to get someone out to look at a leak in the collector. Austral could not make an appointment for someone to come out but wanted to pre-authorise a payment on my credit card. Apparently in 7-10 days someone would text me the day before they can come out. Very poor customer service.
