Jim is very patient, thorough and highly professional. He was very expert in helping me choose the right frames and gave me a thorough explanation about the state of our eyesight. He was extremely patient with both my wife and mother in law who also purchased glasses from him. He has a great variety of frames to choose from. He also was excellent in rectifying issues that arose post purchase and was untroubled about sorting out everything to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Jim.
