Professional Year program

The Professional Year is a structured and well organised professional development program for students which combines formal learning and workplace experience. The program runs for 44 weeks, including 32 weeks of classroom training and 12 weeks of workplace internship with host companies. You can claim five (5) migration points towards permanent residency if you have completed Professional Year.

Australian migration regulations require you to hold Health Insurance before certain visas can be granted. Subclass 500/590 (Student or Student Guardian) visa - OSHC (Overseas Students Health Cover). Health insurance may be required for Visitor visas, Working Holiday Visas and other visas. We can assist with health insurance application and check whether you need health insurance or not.
