How do my points convert to Service Dollars? How old do I have to be to sign up? You must be 18 years or over to join the Stefan Loyalty Program. Are there any sign-up fees? There are no fees involved in joining the Stefan Loyalty Program. But, you must spend a minimum of $100 in a single appointment to activate your account.
