Pubs are a great place for a chat, and in the bistro its the produce doing all the talking. We prefer produce over plastic and aim for the seasonal and the fresh to shine, giving our classic bistro fare a little lift from Mother Nature. Along with a DIY attitude of making as much in house as possible our food is honest, accessible and a good excuse to get together.
