Shame on some people who take power to there head and overdo it. Usually really good company and owners. However there situation changed , WA side now expect delivery drivers to put items on there trolley for pedemonts? Hope a driver dont get hurt on there floor as it should be pedemonts insurance who should cover other parties drivers if they expect warehousing also done by other company delivery drivers. Regional nsw section sees everything as damage and is quick to reject making double work for suppliers and delivery drivers. They use to have work together ethics before. Now its we too big

Mum sent 26 boxes, 5 paintings and a big carpet over from Perth to her apartment in Sydney. I was impressed with the careful communication regarding arrival to her apartment as I needed to get there. Delivery time was confirmed and received two reminders. Tarms and Mike were able to skilfully drive the big truck through the narrow lane. The boxes were unloaded with much care. And I enjoyed chatting to the team. Happy to recommend!
