Service and the staff here are absolutely second to none!!! My beautiful girl was absolutely blown away by the unexpected surprise of a picnic blanket surrounded by rose petals.... couldn't have been more perfect

Outstanding quality flowers. Really hit the brief. Would highly recommend for functions where you need high quality and efficient service. I ordered flowers here for my mothers funeral and they were amazing. A lovely memory to treasure. Attention to detail was amazing.

I specifically ordered pink roses. Red roses were delivered. The quality of the roses was outstanding however the customer service was not. I phoned to complain and there was nothing more than ‘sorry’ or we can ‘swap’ them. This was most unsatisfactory. I sent an email as a formal complaint but no reply was received so regretfully I am now expressing my complaint in a public forum. So disappointing when the quality of the flowers is not the issue.
