I attended Lenscape Optical for eye assessments for my 5 Children. Each were experiencing one or multiple symptoms (headaches, stinging, burning and itchy eyes, watery eyes, and difficulty with reading and copying sentences). Our experience was meet with kindness, understanding and expertise. The assessments were carried out in a child friendly manor and the diagnosis was delivered empathetically with clear and concise instructions. We all left feeling more confident and reassured. We now know what needs to be done and how we will proceed. I am very appreciative of the quality of care and time

A new optometrist that was sorely lacking in the Werribee/Manor Lakes area. So sick of being treated like a number at Specsavers. Kuong is a very experienced optometrist who gave me the most thorough eye test I've ever had. Found some amazing frames too, all at reasonable price. Will be booking my whole family in!

Noticed Lenscape open up at the local shopping centre - so thought I would give them a try given I was due for a check-up anyway.
Pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable, attentive and courteous the staff (in particular Kuong, the optometrist who saw me). Just picked up the new specs today and very happy!
