KOQP provides opportunities for children, in their early years, to experience, explore, engage and discover. Programs are specifically designed to meet the needs of children in their early years. As early childhood professionals, we believe in the recognition of the unique nature of each child, and family, and the need for children to develop an understanding and respect for ourselves and others.

We acknowledge the critical importance of children, parents and educators as partners in a learning community that promotes the well-being, education and development of all children.
