Anyone who holds a current pension card or concession card. We ask you to bring your Medicare Card and pension / concession cards to your appointments. There will be out of pocket fee for the following and full payment is expected and appreciated on the day. Appointments may be made in person or via telephone during business hours or directly via our website conveniently and instantly.

I am so impressed by the professionalism of your team. The girls on Reception were so kind and friendly upon entering, one has a broken arm but this didn't deter her smile, as with the other lovely lady who were both so helpful.
I wish to give credit where it's due!! (I am not usually one to give reviews).
Dr Zafar is professional and friendly, and he has done more for me today at my first visit, than my previous clinic has ever done ✅
Both nurses that I saw were kind and fabulous too.
What a wonderful positive culture that you have there. Obviously good bosses !

There seems to be a great air of complacency throughout this medical centre. If you try to book an appointment over the phone, you'll find the dial tone will ring out. Around the 4th time you try to ring, the phone will then be answered.
If you do book an appointment, you'll need to clear your entire day for it as you WILL be kept waiting.
For example, if your appointment is at 10am, you won't get that appointment till around 11:30 - 12pm.
Appointment times are being booked despite not actually being available.

Initially apprehensive seeing a new doctor. Dr Rammon Iqbal was great! He was knowledgeable and reassuring and is a great asset to the clinic. Waiting room is clean and tidy and the provision of the higher armed chairs for elderly or knee/hip patients is a welcome addition. Friendly reception. Really great job LMC.
