I had booked a bin to dump garden waste into as part of a backyard renovation and then found out that the paving supplier could not provide materials for several months. Vicki answered the call and quickly and professionally dealt with the cancellation and refunded the money. I'll be re-booking their services when the paving can be supplied. Friendly, courteous service.
