Sparks & Feros now offers digital imaging when you visit us for your regular eye exam. This new technology helps us to monitor and detect any changes to the back of your eyes by taking detailed pictures of the retina. We strongly encourage the use of this new technology as an integral tool in determining your eye health as well as creating a more comprehensive record of the current condition of your eyes.

An important advantage of having your new glasses made up by Sparks & Feros is that virtually all of our prescription eyewear is made on-site in our work shop. This allows for greater accuracy and a superior finish. Some orders can be dispensed on the same day, or even within an hour! All Sparks & Feros Opticians are qualified and registered in NSW.
Spectacle Lenses for Myopia Control

There is a spectacle alternative available for parents and children who do not wish to use Ortho-K to control myopia progression. These glasses feature specially designed spectacle lenses that can slow down the progression of myopia by an average of 30% compared to traditional spectacle lenses. Myo-vision lenses work on a similar principle to that for Ortho-k.
