Installed risers on my septic 6 months ago - the whole thing has collapsed and he wont return my calls. useless . claims the tank was too old and he could not predict it happening. why then did you make me spend $4000 on risers on something that was too old - who is the expert? ??
perhaps if he returned a call i wouldnt be so angry and i didnt even tell him he has to pay to fix it i just want him to come and look at it and we can work out a reasonable solution form there.

Extremely pleased with the speediness to respond and the efficient way the matter was dealt with. Very pleased as always with the courteous way the problem was dealt with. Would always recommend Raf and Jack, they are always extremely prompt and efficient.
