We also have other decking available for a change in colour (Durability Class 1/Class 2 Spotted Gum or Kwilia). We pilot drill and hand nail all decking boards with hot-dip galvanised steel nails (we do not use nail guns). All fixings (bolts, nails, screws etc) are either stainless steel or hot-dip galvanised steel which will not rust.
All of our decks are cleaned at the end of construction and we apply a sealing coat of Dimension 4 free of charge. We tidy our sites on a daily basis and will do a final clean up at the end of construction, leaving your new deck clean and presentable. Always engage a registered builder or tradesperson. All licensees who perform insurable work over $3,300 must pay BSA's Home Warranty Insurance premium. If a licensee provides you with their BSA license number, you can check them out on BSA's website as well as lots of other useful information about engaging contractors.

Qld Deck Co. delivery point signs will be set up for timber and bin deliveries (we will discuss position with you prior to deliveries). We very much appreciate any feedback and hope that you will advise us if you feel that our site practices are not being met during construction. It's often difficult to know where to start with your new deck.
