Ac are limited to 24 degrees so on a hot day dont bother coming. Carpets are dirty. 1 star hotel Priced at 4 star. Worst experience

Upon entering the outside door of the entrance to our room section the floor was covered in large bird poo splats that remained for the three days we stayed. The walls of the room are thin so we endured loud guests conversations for the three days. Mortified to find extensive mold in tile grout which i could have cleaned in 15 minutes with a toothbrush and exit mould. The worst of it was in the three days we spent there we had seven cockroaches in our room. The outside bin was overflowing on a midweek day at 10am no one had bothered to clean it up. Stayed for a weekend night here and found it quite reasonable. The staff was good and helped to change the room when the access card wasn't working. The room was spacious and had the basic appliances and cutlery. It had a balcony too opening towards the front side. The minor downside were the bed which wasn't very comfortable and the carpet which seemed less clean. Overall a good place with the given price.

Doesn't even deserve that 1 star but unfortunately cannot give zero stars. Payed for the weekend and only stayed 1 night. Left as soon as the sun came out as we had some man trying to break down our door at 4am obviously under the influence. I contacted staff and was ignored n left to pretty much fend for ourselves.. I've tried calling for my refund as promised by the hotel but they keep saying ring back tomorrow every time I call its really poor managemebt

If I could give no stars I would. Someone walked in at 3am scared us to death- they gave another person our room key. Place is disgusting. Smell is appalling and customer service is even worse.

Avoid. Surfaces in room had clearly not been cleaned. Room was generally grubby. Lax external security meaning people seemed to be walking through the corridors at all hours. Had to leave at 5 as there was no point trying to sleep thru the noise.
