Bought my wife her Xmas present from here, after wearing it on two occasions a claw had broke off and her stone fell out, she asked the jeweller if he could fix it but he didnt want to know her, asked her to leave. She went to another jeweller in the same centre who felt so bad for her, and said yes even the claws that remain its evident that they are weak and poor craftsmanship, he offered to fix it for less then $100, whilst the original jeweller from dove told her to go to consumer affairs, didnt offer to fix it at a cost or perhaps split the cost, as his poor craftsmanship along with

I was there to get my engagement ring repaired and another ring resized, I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and given a quoted price which was in my opinion was very reasonable.
