Absolutely appalling service by this company. We decided to use this company as they're local to us and we wanted to support them.
Organising a quote was an absolute nightmare. On 3 seperate occasions we contacted them to book a time and day, and in each occasion they failed to show or even call to rebook. And this was all after we had already paid a 50% deposit. I don't normally leave review, but felt the need to warn others. I only wish I had read the reviews before hand as there are many cases like this

Vance was brilliant, thank you. Glass taken to the factory, cut down to size, returned and installed. Marvellous service. And we saved heaps on not buying new glass and not wasting what we had.

Harry was great. He replaced a broken window pane, which was more difficult and more time consuming than quoted. Very professional and efficient, shared his knowledge, and easy to deal with. Reasonable pricing too.
