We don't make Paella just by using the right ingredients, but also our love and passion for food as well as only the freshest produce. All of this is what goes into our huge paella pans, making them even more impressive. The seafood and chicken paella was outstanding! Eduardo was the most friendly, capable and informative head chef, who made sure to supply all we needed, including personalised finishing touches and even Spanish music.
He was good entertainment! A huge thank you for your contribution to a successful corporate event. The food was amazing (the creamiest Paella ever), and served with good cheer. The vegan option complemented our other food, and provided a great choice for not only only those who preferred vegetarian and lots of others there too!

There is nothing like grandma's recipes: tradition, taste and love so we have followed our grandma's recipes (Paqui and Felisa) to bring you the real flavours which we have been raised with. My grandma Paqui is famous in town for her "Tortilla de Patatas". She always taught us that love and respect for food are the most important ingredients when cooking.
