Jorden takes particular interest in leveraging technology and data in business practices to ultimately improve the delivery of services to clients.

If you're interested in a property, there will be a legal document called a Section 32 accompanying the property. The Section 32 is a document provided by the seller of property (Vendor) to prospective buyers. It is also known as a Vendor Statement. This will be available if you ask the real estate agent.
Selling
Report
Once you've engaged a real estate agent, they will ask you to nominate a licensed conveyancer to draft the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statement. Preparing the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendor Statement will involve asking you a series of questions about the property, obtaining utilities information (from your water, electricity, gas service providers) and requesting searches in relation to the land title.
