We offer 236+ custom home designs across contemporary, federation, hamptons, mid-century, and farmhouse styles. Our floorplans accommodate 3-5+ bedrooms with 12.5m to 30.5m lot widths. Clients can choose between Luxe specifications featuring premium Westinghouse appliances and Lifestyle options balancing quality with affordability. All designs incorporate modern living requirements while maintaining structural integrity for WA conditions.
Display Homes
Explore 7+ display locations across Perth featuring single and double-storey models. Open Wednesday 2-5pm and weekends 12-5pm, our displays showcase current trends in 12.5m-17m lot designs. Virtual walkthroughs available for remote viewing. Each display includes specification comparisons between Luxe and Lifestyle options with on-site consultants available for customisation discussions.
House & Land Packages
Perth metro and regional packages combine land acquisition with construction. Prices start from $683,100 for 3-bedroom coastal designs up to $1.3M for premium waterfront properties. Packages include stamp duty concessions for first-home buyers and financing options with 10% land deposit and 5% construction deposit. Available across 20+ suburbs including Yanchep, Mandogalup, and Two Rocks.

We have been dealing with Plunkett homes since July 2020 when we signed our provisional agreement. We have faced nothing but excuses and delays . First the delays in administration and paperwork and then delays with construction team. Every time they promise a timeline , it always ends up weeks/months longer. We havent even had a roof cover yet . It appears word no longer matters in building because when you promise something , make sure you fulfil that. Even speaking to the higher authorities ( construction manager ) is no help. We have faced nothing but lack of empathy and compassion. I

I used them to build my house... Not happy about placing downpipes
They put a downpipe to cover 80sqm of roof area, it always overflow and damaging wall...
Supervisor said that downpipe is enough to cover that area I felt they are not professional.
Beware of choosing the builder

We are at the early stages building with Plunkett Homes. We had a great experience dealing with Dean Carroll, this guy is amazing and very easy to deal with, very approachable and quick to respond to our queries.
Dean went out of his way to help us design the home of our dreams. Their interior designer Adriana is extremely helpful and friendly. So far, we have had an amazing experience with Plunkett Homes I hope this continues until the end of our building process. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.

We couldn't fault Dean Carroll, if anyone is considering building a home with Plunkett it should be with Dean. He is the most caring, down to earth person in the building industry we have met. And wouldn't hesitate to put our trust in him with builds in the future.

Its my First home that I built with plunkett. Sean did wonderful job during construction. But office staff was not very helpful in my case. Other builders make front of house very beautiful with just a bit of extra effort but you don't see that with plunkett homes. Even in my case its different front than my initial drawings. Not very satisfactory office work.
