Our house was the ugly duckling of the street. We had an architect draw up renovation plans but although functional, the face was still one only a mother would love, and above our budget. I discovered Hotspace by accident and Im thrilled with the results, for a fraction of the cost of an architect. Thank you Jane and the team. Monika and Yanko

A Miraculous transformation!
Jane and Rachael somehow managed to transform our very outdated house into a modern splendour, without major structural work. We very much appreciated that they had an eye on our budget at the same time as creating excellent design. They have been a joy to work with, on all levels... Thank You!

We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Hotspace Consultants. From the first meeting, Jane and Rachael listened and understood what we wanted from our renovation and provided a design that achieved the results we were looking for. The design plan covered the areas discussed and used clever design ideas to achieve the look we were after. Jane and Rachael were able to bring a clear vision to the project while staying within the budget we discussed. The Hotspace design plan nailed the vision of what we thought our house could look like.

We recently purchased an old 80s brick house and were stumped as to how to renovate the front facade. We contacted Jane and her team at Hotspace and after a few phone calls and sending through photos of the house, we were amazed with the transformation they came up with (from the other side of the country having never seen the house in the flesh!). They listened to our ideas and what styles we liked and worked them into the design as well as some other features we would never have been able to come up with. We love it and would highly recommend Hotspace!
