Vern provides the best customer service, his explanations to people are excellent. We have been back several times, because of this. We have to drive 150 km to get there, wont deal with the competition in town, they are too arrogant and its their way or the highway attitude. Thanks guys.

Will not be going back. Its a shame Graham Spokes sold to them. I know I have pressure behind my eyes, early onset of glucoma, but the Optometrist didnt even mention to me whether it had increased or not, I had to ask him and all he said was, yeah its fine.
Choosing my frames, the sales girl hurried my to the extent that I now have a pair of sunglasses that dont fit properly behind my ears, it was if I had no choice. Could not use Vision Australia as I have many times before, where I can choose which frames I like and the money from Vision Australia goes towards them. And $500 later I was
