Ogilvie Jennings
Ogilvie Jennings is the result of the merger of two long established Hobart firms, Ogilvie McKenna and Jennings Elliott, with history dating back to 1937, and decades of combined experience in Tasmania. Albert Ogilvie was Kings Counsel and Premier of Tasmania. Roger Jennings was Queens Counsel, and Solicitor General for Tasmania.

It is their legacy of legal excellence that the firm continues to embrace and follow. Through the combination of the two firm's resources, Ogilvie Jennings has been able to take advantage of effective training for all personnel, the efficient capture, retrieval and use of legal knowledge, the ability for legal personnel to specialise in many areas of law and the greater use of technology in our practice.
