In the past few months, Inject has helped us hire two more people into our marketing consultancy. Connor took the time to understand where we were in our business, the roles we're looking to fill and the behaviours needed in order to be successful in this role. Throughout the process, Connor gave us both high level recaps as well as deeper insights into candidates, which we really appreciated. Some of the candidates on paper read very well but Connor and the team were able to identify potential mismatches that we would have missed otherwise.
