
FCMC works on an appointment basis. Please contact the practice to make an appointment or book your appointment online. Walk-in patients are welcome however patients with appointments are treated with priority. The practice do standard 10-15 minute appointments. Some services like pap smears, health assessments, skin checks, or if you have a number of complex concerns to discuss with your GP, you may need to book a longer appointments.
Telephone consultations will not be carried out and patients are encouraged to make an appointment with the receptionist or book an appointment online to discuss their results. This will depends on the availability of the doctor. If the doctor is available, you will have an appointment, if the doctor is not available, we can offer you to see our other doctor or alternatively you can book an appointment for the next day.

If it is an emergency, please dial 000 for an ambulance or proceed to your nearest Emergency Department. Medical consultations and Medical reports concerning established Workers Compensation and Third Party claims will be charged in accordance with the AMA Fee List.
