Dr. Martins is a well respected female GP with a wealth of experience and enjoys providing comprehensive patient care. Dr. Martins has completed Postgraduate training as a Family Physician at the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa in 2006, before she relocated to Australia.

If you require urgent medical care please visit your local emergency department or dial '000'. Bakewell Medical Centre is a bulk billing practice. Patients with current Medicare cards will have no out-of-pocket costs for standard appointments in most cases, as it will be billed directly to Medicare.

Long Consultation - Complex conditions, discuss more than 2 health issues, lump excisions and pap smears (20 minutes).

The running this medical centre are trying to create hype by giving patients COVID19 vaccination appointments- and then denying patients their jab after the doctor scams money from Medicare!
Congratulations Dr Parthibhan Shanmugasunderm! You and your band of merry - namely Michele, Barbara and Christine, have successfully placed a special needs school which is located in a high risk LGA at a even greater risk of contracting COVID-19 by denying a parent of two students who attend the school his vaccination today!

Doctors are nice, however except to wait a good 40mins plus for every appointment you have. Except reception to not advise you of delays. Last except to wait 4 days to get into see anyone. If you have time to wait come here. If not don't bother.

I've seen numerous GPs since my children were born. None even come close to the GPs at Bakewell Medical Centre. The doctors here have been absolutely incredible and always accommodating. They are thorough and will take anything you say on board when assessing the kids. The administrative staff are also fantastic and really friendly. I highly recommend anyone wanting a good GP to use these guys!

This is the BEST GP practice I have been to. All the Doctors are very nice and helpful. I am a big fan of Dr. Basil Albaghdady.I take all my family to Bakewell Medical for all their health issues.
