Contemporary Homes is a family owned and operated company, founded in 2010 by directors Ken and Susan Barber and Michael and Kelli Paddison. Ken and Susan Barber have worked in the building and real estate industries for over 20 years, and along with their son and daughter-in-law have experienced increased growth since joining forces 5 years ago.
Michael has had 10 years' experience with estimating and in the building material trade, while Kelli comes from a legal background and has a natural eye for colour and design. We are a fully licensed residential building company and a well-known name in the local Orange district. Building your own home can be daunting.

We have standard plans to choose from or we can custom design your own to suit your block and lifestyle. Our home was custom built by Contemporary Homes to our design, taking advantage of location and outlook. The workmanship was of a high standard and co-operation.
