Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopaths use hands-on techniques to treat musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on the interconnectedness of body systems. Treatment combines soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and postural retraining to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Patients receive education on injury prevention and ergonomic adjustments tailored to their lifestyle needs.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic care addresses spinal and joint dysfunction through manual adjustments and rehabilitative exercises. Our practitioners specialise in sports injury recovery and postural correction, helping patients restore natural movement patterns and reduce nerve-related discomfort through non-invasive techniques.
Dry Needling
This targeted therapy uses fine needles to release muscle trigger points causing pain and restricted movement. Combined with manual therapy, it effectively treats conditions like headaches, tendonitis, and sports injuries by improving circulation and resetting neuromuscular function for lasting relief.
Acupuncture
Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture addresses pain management and systemic health through strategic needle placement. Our practitioners use this technique to treat chronic conditions, stress-related disorders, and women's health issues by restoring the body's natural energy flow and physiological balance.
Lactation Support
Specialised osteopathic and lactation services help mothers overcome breastfeeding challenges through structural assessment and evidence-based guidance. We address issues like tongue-tie, latching difficulties, and milk supply concerns while providing practical support for maternal and infant well-being.

We are sad to say goodbye to Alex. She has been part of our life support system and her care for us has been exceptional. Thank you. We wish her and her family all the very, very best for the future.

Regular client - I see Melanie regularly and she keeps me in good balance or fixes things when I have issues. In 2018 I had a back injury that sidelined me for a couple months and once I recovered I broke my wrist! Very frustrating, but as I worked through it, Mel gave me specific exercises and an app on my phone to track progress. Very caring, friendly and always positive. I also get regular massage from Danielle on alternative appointments and find that this mix keeps me in good shape.
