Dance Sensations is one of the South Coast's best-known dance schools, having been in operation for close to 20 years. Now operating from our updated facilities in Shellharbour, we have six beautiful studios and over 700 students. We make dance fun and engaging for students, with classes which present appropriate levels of challenge for each age group.

Dance Sensations teaches a variety of dance styles for all ages and abilities. We offer over 150 classes per week, including Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Cheer and more.

Established in 2001, we aim to encourage a widespread love of dance, welcoming every single student who wants to get moving! Dance Sensations recreational classes are the perfect introduction to dance for students from age eighteen months and above. Our teachers focus on the performance aspect of dance, while also building solid technique and making sure every student is having a great time.

DS Minis

Here at Dance Sensations we pride ourselves on our DS Minis program, where we offer a range of pre school dance classes for kids. Students not only learn the basics of Dance and make new friends, they also grow in confidence and learn invaluable skills that aid in their development and progress towards school.

For those looking to take their dance or cheer training to a higher level, Dance Sensations offers competition level teams in both dance and cheer. Our Dance Troupes and Competitive Cheer Teams provide students with higher level skills in their training and development and gives them the chance to compete in local and national competitions.
