PBCI really REALLY helped me out today! From the person I talked to on the phone to the technician who came to my home, everyone was so nice. I could tell they wanted to help me out and understood that I was in kind of a bind with the potential of my fridge going out in this summer heat. They are wonderful, they always have been.
