I had a keratin treatment done and the results are awesome and exactly what I was told! The staff were very welcoming and easy to be around. The price was also affordable for my hair length and thickness.

After walking past zhen several times i decided to give them a go, Im so pleased i did. I booked online which was easy and my colur is perfect ! All the staff were welcoming too .. I will definately be back!

The owner of this salon is so obnoxiously rude I will never ever go back and neither will the friends that I have referred over the years. I feel so sorry for the lovely girls that work there
With regards to your response where you are now backtracking, you were not at all apologetic in fact you inferred it was not your problem and were dismissive about it, albeit in front of your clients and staff. No excuse sorry, you were outright rude and abrasive.

Zhen....THANK YOU for letting me to vent my major hair concerns & allowing me to regain my trust in hairdresser's (after a disaster job elsewhere) I now actually want to look at myself all the time it's been 2 days & I still cannot get over how much my hair was able to be transformed. Truly, I cannot thank you all enough, I had a great time being pampered & getting to know the team. Oh and that peppermint tea - yum! Thanks again ladies, see you in 6 weeks. Bel
