Services
Timber Floor Sanding
Our precision sanding process removes surface imperfections while preserving timber integrity. Using industrial-grade machinery with multi-stage grit systems, we prepare floors for polishing while minimising dust. Clients benefit from restored floorboards that maintain structural longevity and aesthetic value. This service suits both heritage properties and modern homes seeking premium finishes.
Hardwood Floor Restoration
Specialised restoration for aged or damaged hardwood floors. Our process includes board replacement, stain removal, and moisture balancing. Commercial clients particularly value our non-disruptive techniques for school halls and sports facilities. The result is renewed flooring that retains historical character while meeting contemporary durability standards through protective coatings.
Water-Based Finishes
Low-VOC water-based coatings that protect timber while maintaining natural aesthetics. These finishes cure faster than traditional options, reducing downtime for commercial spaces. Residential clients appreciate their non-yellowing properties and suitability for allergy sufferers. The application process uses precision rollers for flawless coverage without compromising environmental credentials.
Parquetry Installation
Custom geometric timber patterns for luxury interiors. Our craftsmen use traditional joinery techniques combined with modern adhesives for lasting installations. Both residential and commercial clients choose this service for statement floors in foyers, heritage buildings, and high-end retail spaces. Each design undergoes structural integrity checks before final sealing.
Commercial Floor Maintenance
Tailored maintenance programs for high-traffic venues including schools, sports courts, and event spaces. Our services include scheduled inspections, spot repairs, and deep cleaning. Clients benefit from extended floor lifespan and consistent safety compliance. We use industrial-grade equipment to minimise business disruption during maintenance periods.
