Mirella has been counselling me since my marriage separation at the start of the year. She has been there every single time I have needed her, whether through scheduled appointments, messaging me to check in and even moving to a telehealth format once I moved away from the region.

I was referred to Mirella after my involvement in a recent local tragedy. I am so grateful for that. Not only has Mirella helped me to get through the trauma I was witness too, she was also able to see how "stuck" I had been in my life before that. I have never felt so positive and confident about my path and my decisions. I am also making a hell of a lot of progress in the putting myself first department, but more importantly, finding just the right balance in life.
