Terrible experience, I waited for almost 8 weeks for a reply. Lydia has been unprofessional throughout the entire process, I was a new customer trying to engage with their services but they never had the time to contact me or return my multiple left messages. I've now contacted a new accountancy agency and they have booked me in the same day to talk with someone and have already sent me thre information on next steps.. Stay away from this accountancy business.. terrible experience, wasted a lot or my time....
