I cannot speak too highly of the friendly and professional service I received from Lori Webster who went over and above my expectations to ensure the ring I lost that had to be designed by James from a photo only, turned out to be the beautiful piece it is. As well, Lori, James and AAMI kept in touch throughout the process. Can really recommend Phenix Jewellery.

Lori provides great customer service. I felt anxious going to Phenix as my original ring was made at a bespoke, award-winning jeweler. However, I was surprised at the professionalism here. I recommend meeting with them before making a decision on jeweler. They offer great value.

Had an emergency job, (I lost my wedding rings before the wedding!) They helped out and were completed before due date. Very competitive on price. I've been back since and would recommend using them.
