The old guy in the shop is incredibly rude. No greeting, then charges $15 for a battery for a car key that took about one minute to change. Rude service for a total rip off!

Very helpful. Supplied a new lock for our front screen door and changed the lock to suit the existing key so we don't need to get new keys made.

WARNING WARNING WARNING. find a nicer company to help you. I'm giving Cleveland locksmith a 1 star because I just called wanting to use their service and was just asking the guy who answered the phone about some of the bad reviews they have collected from other customers who have already used them. The guy, I think his name was Brian was so so very rude to me and he said just go away we don't need any more work we are too busy. The thing is he didn't need to be so rude as I believe customer service is ment to be polite and nice.
