Cancellation fee of $30 applies if less than 8 hours' notice given of cancellation, this fee can be waived for valid reasons. 5 Star driver education grants refunds, however will not grant refunds for simply 'changing your mind' and this is in reliance to 'Guarantees, warranties and refunds' in Queensland and are proportionate to lesson not used.

I would like to commend Leo on his calm and fatherly style, his listening skills, empathy and guidance.
I am 42. I had a crippling anxiety around exams that I had not been able to shake. This meant that, for… decades, I would fall apart during driving exams, even when I thought I was ok to begin with.
Leo listened to my concerns, took me seriously and directed our lessons to address and mitigate my anxiety towards exams.
I have had dozens of instructors over the years and nobody took the same approach as Leo.
Today I passed my driving exam to achieve my P-plates after only a few sessions

I booked a driving lesson for my son 2 weeks ago and the earliest was today at 730am. I gave Leo full details including name, address for collection and my mobile as a contact number. Leo didnt show at 730, so at 7.45 I called Leo who advised he had the wrong name and went to the wrong address?? Her then went on to say that he was on the way back home to change cars for his next appointment and would not be able to meet my sons appointment. He did offer to reschedule for next saturday....Sorry Leo, definately not 5 star service.
