What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Report
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a non-manipulative, non-invasive, gentle and powerful whole body therapy. The client lies or sits fully clothed on a therapy table. With a light touch the practitioner places their hands on the head, spine, feet, sacrum, or possibly other areas of the body. The practitioner creates a still, safe space and 'listens' via the hands as the client's body tells its story.
Benefits of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Report
The benefits of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy are vast. Among other things it down regulates the body's nervous system which frees up resources and has the affect of both changing a person's condition and also strengthening the body's constitutional health. Clients often experience more resilience, energy, calmness and mental clarity.

Report
When you arrive for a treatment the therapist will take some notes about why you are seeking treatment, medical and background history, and a general discussion about how you are feeling. You will then lie on the treatment table fully clothed, or sit in a chair if lying isn't comfortable, but will be asked to remove shoes and belts and anything else that might be restrictive.
Massage Therapy
Report
Remedial Massage is aimed at correcting soft tissue injury and dysfunction. Soft tissue is made up of muscle tissue, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Many things can contribute to dysfunction including overuse, poor posture, sporting injuries, motor vehicle injuries or just plain stress. The aim of the therapy is to reduce pain and restore function where injury has resulted in loss of function.
Postural Reflex Orthotics
Report
The Healthmarque PZ Orthotics are designed to stimulate various muscles in the foot that connect to five muscle chains in the body for postural control. We use Kinesiology muscle tests to determine which plantar muscles are weak. The PZ Orthotic is a thin combination of rubber and synthetic suede containing pockets that are filled with Poron rubber designed to stimulate but not support the selected plantar muscles.
