Scott was keen to join the workforce from the first day he was legally allowed to work. As a young, enthusiastic kid he wanted to earn his own money to gain that little bit of independence which some young minds crave. His first job was at a local nursery where he was a casual staff member on weekends helping customers by using his practical knowledge to help them with their basic landscaping needs.
Scott quickly came to the realization that his strengths were being practical, hands-on but most of all, he needed to work outdoors. Fast-forward a couple of years, Scott started his first business. Even as a 17-year old school kid, he knew that he wanted more responsibility and to dictate his own working hours.

As you know, Elite Additions all started off with decks & pergolas but over the years have expanded into additions, extensions, renovations and brand new home builds with only the best contractors as hired by us!

Elite Additions have grown in recent years to provide people of Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle with beautiful home additions, extensions and renovations. Since our early beginnings, we've branched out from our original location in the leafy Sydney suburb of West Pennant Hills to having multiple teams of quality tradespeople located up the coast towards Newcastle.

The aim of this meeting is to understand what you want from us as a builder in addition to providing you with unique & practical solutions. Another important part of this meeting is to prepare a budget and to make sure that we are all on the same page. From here, we take the concept plans and submit all of the relevant documents to the local council to ensure a smooth an efficient process.

We can only assume that other builders offer packages because they aren't as customised or as high-quality as our additions, extensions or renovations.
