Dragonfly's Early Learning specialises in child care on Sunshine Coast. Our focus is for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years located in the heart of Coolum. We believe in getting back to basics and building a warm, nurturing and natural place where children feel valued and supported. Our purpose-built centre includes four fully equipped, spacious indoor rooms for each age group.
We believe outdoor play is important for child development, and our centre features three large, natural outdoor playgrounds including "The Forest" playground filled with big, beautiful trees. We provide the Stephanie Alexander Gardening Program, promoting garden to plate and fostering positive food habits through fun, hands on learning.

At Dragonfly's Early Learning, we believe in getting back to basics and building a warm, nurturing and natural place where children feel valued and supported. Our play-based curriculum is interactive and exploratory. We believe in providing a natural learning experience with a rich variety of sensory materials such as mud, sand and paint, and equipment such as puzzles, lego and music.

Best daycare ever! The pictures and daybooks make it all the worthwhile, actually being able to see how much fun my little girl has! The activities they have for them are great, such a variety and the menu is fantastic. I couldn't recommend this centre enough. First centre we looked at and we were more than impressed.

The National Quality Framework is an agreement between all Australian Governments to work together and provide better educational and developmental outcomes for children. This Framework provides a new quality standard for early education and covers care across day care centres including long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care.
Stephanie Alexander Program

We provide the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Gardening Program, promoting garden to plate and fostering positive food habits through fun, hands on learning. At Dragonfly's, we understand how important our role is in terms of encouraging and facilitating healthy eating behaviours. Children at our centre love digging in the veggie patch and taking part in the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program.
