Custom Designed Homes
Our custom designed homes are crafted through collaborative client consultations, ensuring every detail aligns with individual lifestyles and budgets. We specialise in creating unique properties that maximise site potential while incorporating modern trends and sustainable materials. With over 20 years of local experience, our team delivers architecturally distinctive homes that balance aesthetic appeal with functional living spaces across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
Pole Homes
Pole home construction leverages the Gold Coast's natural landscapes by creating elevated structures that capture ocean views and hinterland vistas. Our expertise in sloping block development ensures stable, visually striking homes that integrate seamlessly with challenging terrain while maintaining structural integrity and design flexibility for clients seeking unique elevated living solutions.
Knockdown Rebuild
Our knockdown rebuild service specialises in transforming outdated properties into modern dream homes while navigating local council regulations and heritage considerations. With sensitivity to emotional attachments and budget constraints, we provide seamless transitions from demolition to new construction, ensuring minimal disruption to neighbours and surrounding environments throughout the redevelopment process.
Acreage Homes
Acreage home developments focus on maximising expansive land parcels to create spacious, self-sufficient properties tailored to rural lifestyles. Our designs optimise natural light, ventilation, and outdoor connectivity while addressing unique challenges of remote site access and utility connections, ensuring comfortable, low-maintenance living in Gold Coast's semi-rural areas.
Granny Flats
Granny flat construction provides versatile accommodation solutions for extended families or investment purposes. We design compact, functional spaces that comply with Queensland development codes while maintaining aesthetic harmony with primary residences, offering cost-effective ways to increase property value and multi-generational living options.

We have had a wonderful experience with Kline homes. We've worked hand in hand with Karen with Artisan Reality who has been amazing and who has guided us through the process with ease.
Larry has been nothing but kind and generous to us. I think he is an extremly busy man so alot of my communication is through email or through Karen via phone, text, or email which I find to be beneficial because things are addressed and I have record. I have built with 2 other builders, and the experience with those builders were terrible. It's great that we are having such an easy time with Klime. We trust his
