Foot orthotics are inserted inside shoes to support or improve the function of your feet and lower limbs. The orthotics provide pain relief by improving the abnormalities in your biomechanics and foot posture. Orthotics can provide relief for acute and chronic pain in your feet and lower limb. Some common conditions include tendinopathies, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis and mortons neuromas.

There are three basic stages to the human gait cycle, and it is impossible to view the detail of this intricate motion with the naked eye. By using a treadmill, digital video and a motion analysis computer program (used for high level athletes), we are able to slow down, pause and analyse your every movement during the gait cycle.
