Dance Classes
Our dance classes cater to students aged 2 to adults across multiple styles including Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap and Acrobatics. Each session combines technical training with creative expression, delivered by industry-certified instructors. Programs are structured to accommodate all skill levels from beginners to elite pre-professionals.
Circus Programs
Developed by a 7th generation European circus artist, our Dance Cirque program offers safe, supervised circus arts training. Students learn interactive circuits, lyra, silks, juggling and hula hoops under certified instructors. The program builds physical coordination while fostering creativity and confidence in a fun environment.
Adult Classes
Our adult dance classes welcome both experienced dancers and complete beginners. Participants enjoy structured training in various styles while improving fitness and social connections. The supportive environment encourages personal growth through movement, with no prior experience required to join.
Competition Teams
Elite students can join our competition teams that have achieved state-level recognition. These programs develop performance skills, stage presence and technical precision. Participants gain valuable experience in collaborative performance while building confidence and resilience through competitive dance.
Private Lessons
Personalized dance instruction is available for students seeking individual attention. These sessions focus on specific skill development, performance preparation or personalized choreography. Sam Pulvirenti
Director & Owner
Sam has danced since age 6 and directs Pulsate Dance Force since 2016. She trained at The Australian Company of Performing Arts and holds certifications from ATOD, Acrobatic Arts and Dance Cirque. Sam adjudicates for national dance competitions.
Katrina Pulvirenti
Manager & Hip Hop Coach
Katrina trained at The Space Dance and Arts Centre and specialises in Hip Hop. She founded Almighty Force Hip Hop Crew and teaches dance across Australia and internationally. She holds Acrobatic Arts and Dance Cirque certifications.
Brittany
Tots Program Coordinator
Brittany coordinates the TOTS program and teaches all dance styles. She has completed ATOD exams and specialises in Acrobatic Arts. Her teaching focuses on creating joyful early dance experiences for young children.
Franca Aylward
Administration
Franca manages studio administration with 13 years of Pulsate experience as a parent. She provides personalized enrollment support and ensures smooth studio operations while prioritizing student needs.
Emily
Dance Teacher
Emily teaches ballet, neoclassical, lyrical and contemporary. A former Australian Ballet School student, she shares her passion for dance while nurturing students' technical and artistic development in a supportive environment.

Honestly couldnt ask for a better dance school, the staff are all amazing and have worked through challenges with all 3 of our children, building confidence, skills and most importantly are accomodating to the childs needs to ensure that the kids are comfortable in everything they do. Walking into dance each week is like going home to family. Huge thumbs up from us xx

This was our first year with Pulsate and I can not overstate how happy we are. How refreshing it is to sit through a professional end of year concert with age appropriate choreography and costumes without losing anything to the creative artform, indeed I would say it enhanced it. It must also be noted how stress free the end of year concert period… was for me as a parent, though I doubt the passionate staff could not say the same thing. 😘 I must also make a special thanks to all those who cared for my daughter when she was taken seriously ill Sunday evening. What an incredible day @ Pulsate Dance Force concert. It was hard to believe we weren’t watching an international professional performance .... all the dancers were not only brilliant, but spectacular. The… choreographies, props, costumes & everything else was to absolute perfection. Thankyou each & everyone of you for giving our children the opportunity to be part of this fabulous team

My daughter has just finished her first year at Pulsate and she absolutely loved it. She was very excited to go to ballet each week and adored her teacher Miss Ashlee. So thankyou to Sam and all the dance teachers for all their hard work. We can't wait to make more dance memories next year.
