Dr Arash Ahmadi has recently relocated back to Brisbane from Victoria. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. He completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2015. Dr Arash has a special interest in maternity care, paediatrics, chronic conditions, mental health, skin checks and minor procedures.

We offer a wide selection of different general medicine services to tailored to our patient's needs. Annual health check-ups are a great way to take stock of your health and identify factors which may be putting you at a higher risk. There is no standard health check-up for anyone as family history, pre-existing illness and medication that you are on can change the review intervals.
Skin Checks

When undertaking a skin check the Doctor will first take an in-depth history of the health of your skin and assess your risk factors for skin cancer. They will then move onto performing a full skin assessment. The findings of the examination will be discussed, recommendations will be personalised depending on your individual skin cancer risk factors.

Conception is an important and personal decision. Our clinic can assist you with various conception methods and our friendly team is experienced to help guide you through the process. Implanon is a single, flexible sub-dermal implant which is 4cm x 2mm in size and contains 68mg of a synthetic progestogen called etonogestrel.
Iron Infusions and Venesections

We offer a rapid iron infusion service, with the use of Ferinject, for the management of Iron Deficiency Anaemia. Ferinject is a special type of iron preparation given through a needle into a vein over 20 minutes, and requires you to stay for observation for a further 30 minutes. Rarely (in under 1% of cases) it can cause mild allergic reactions.
