Chanel is a registered specialist Prosthodontist and the principal Dentist at Elegant Smiles. She purchased the practice in 2008 and started her career in dentistry over 20 years ago as a Dental Hygienist. After being involved in the industry she realised that excellent dentistry provided with compassion could have a long lasting, profound effect on a patient's life.

Veneers - these are thin, tooth-coloured porcelain (ceramic) shells carefully crafted to bond to and cover the front of unsightly teeth, to enhance the appearance of your smile.

At Elegant Smiles, we make every effort to keep you informed of your options at all times: at every stage, you will know what is happening in regards to your treatment and fees. Your first visit is an information gathering appointment. When you arrive, we'll ask you to fill out a health history form and show you around our practice.
Your Child’s First Dental Visit

At Elegant Smiles, we really enjoy treating children and encourage you to bring them with you to your dental visits. This means the children get used to the sounds and smells of the dentist before they become patients giving them a much more pleasant dental experience. At no point will we force any child to do anything they are not ready for, and this allows us provide them with a happier dental experience.
Your Regular Dental Visit

Your regular check up and active maintenance appointment (scale and clean) involves an examination of not only your teeth, but also your jaw joint, the soft tissues of your mouth including an oral cancer screening and assessment of the health of your gums.
