It's one of the best and most affordable ways to cater. We set up in a designated area, lay the ingredients and toppings out to create a vibrant and colourful display before kneading and spinning the dough.

Drops of olive oil, black sesame seeds and a sprinkling of sea salt, baked and served crispy with fresh rocket. Fresh mushrooms topped with a sprinkling of garlic slices, sea salt and mozzarella cheese. Slices of buffalo mozzarella, hand-torn pieces of salami, thin strips of char grilled capsicum and a touch of sea salt, served with fresh basil.
